Customer Policies

order cancellation & refund policy
  1. Flower orders must be cancelled at least 7 days in advance in order receive a full refund.

  2. Cancellations made after this time frame then will qualify for a Bloomprint Designs store credit. IMPORTANT: If the floral arrangement process has already started, you will receive a 50% Bloomprint Designs store credit.

  3. All flower orders being cancelled have a 2-hour grace period. After the 2 hours from placing your order, you are subject to the cancellation policies as stated above.

  4. Floral arrangement replacements will be honored on a “quality” basis only — issues of “not liking” the arrangement are not grounds for a replacement. You are eligible for a free replacement of equal value for up to 90 days.

delivery order policy
  1. If you place an order and the recipient rejects delivery, whatever the reason, Bloomprint Designs will not provide a refund and cannot be held liable for the recipient’s decision. You may reschedule the delivery the delivery for an additional delivery fee & based on availability.

  2. You are responsible for ensuring that the recipient is at the delivery address or that someone is available to accept the delivery. This particular issue arises with hospital deliveries as patients may have been discharged or when apartment buildings have secure entries that do not permit access.

  3. If you wish for Bloomprint Designs to deliver an order to a business, you are responsible for communicating when the business closes and the best delivery time frame.Orders that arrive at closed businesses will be considered undeliverable. No refund will be issued. Delivery rescheduling will be based on availability

  4. During the busy holiday seasons, place your order at least 7-10 days prior to the following major holidays: Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Teachers Week, Memorial Day, Father's Day, etc.

  5. Delivery fees may vary depending on the delivery location

quality

If you are unhappy with the quality of your arrangement please email within 24 hours. In most cases, I will gladly replace the arrangement with one of equal or lesser value upon sending in photos. No refunds or replacements will be made after the 24 hour period. Nor will refunds or replacements be made based on improper plant or flower care on the part of the recipient. It is up to the recipient to supply the flowers with sufficient water.

substitutions

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Bloomprint Designs reserves the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers received are not of the quality suitable for your flower order. In this event, the integrity of the proposed color scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used.
